CVR New Yorkmanages the federally funded Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program for Westchester County.  This program gives first priority to those not served by one of the local programs listed below.

Greenburgh & Hartsdale Housing Authority:

Mamaroneck (Town) & Larchmont Housing Authority:

  • Waiting list is currently closed, unsure of when it will open up again but interested parties can call to get any information they would like.

Mount Kisco Housing Authority:

  • Waiting list is closed. The program has been closed for ongoing 4 years.
  • They do not have a website.

New Rochelle Housing Authority:

• • Need to call the local PHA if interested in applying. The number for the New Rochelle PHA is: 914-636-7050.
  • Calling is best, they can direct you and give the information needed on how to move forward in the process.

Tuckahoe Housing Authority:
