CLUSTER provides services and programs that assist residents in Yonkers and Westchester and Rockland County to build a better future for themselves and their communities. Programs include:
Housing. Contact 914-963-6440, ext. 230 Via the Housing Resource Center, CLUSTER assists over 1,000 households annually with a wide range of services, including: legal assistance to prevent evictions, code enforcement for improved housing conditions, emergency assistance for displaced families, telephone “hotline” counseling to resolve housing crises, tenant education and training, and short-term financial assistance with intensive case management for qualifying households.
Mediation. Contact(914) 963-6440 (main number) to be directed to the right person and program. Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process that can be used to prevent further escalation of conflict, as an alternative to court proceedings, or simply to build understanding and improve relationships. Services include Community/Neighbor mediation, small claims, special education, eviction prevention, family and divorce mediation, and restorative justice (including victim/offender conferencing).
Mental Health Residential Services. Contact(914) 963-6440 (main number) to be directed to the right person and program. CLUSTER programs assist each client to attain and maintain stable permanent housing. Services include a respite program and become productive members of the community.
