New York Public Library Small Business Center (nypl.org/help/services/smallbiz)– Well selected resources; includes the opportunity to register for a free 10 week course on starting your own business.

Inmates to Entrepreneurs (inmatestoentrepreneurs.org/) – A long-running successful education program working inside and outside correctional facilities; online classes available.
