A team of parents and professionals who work with families with a member who is mentally retarded or has developmental disabilities. Project staff work with the family to assess and identify their needs for services, and then connect families to service providers that can make a difference in their lives. The Family Outreach Project also provides families with funds to purchase goods or items when they have no other sources to assist them.
